Family Fundraising Opportunities

Here is the list of approved fundraising opportunities at Mary
Immaculate School for the 2011-2012 school year. Only these
fundraisers will be applied to your required fundraising fee.

August 24, 2011 – Savory Foods Cookie Dough & Popcorn

This sale runs through September 8, 2011.

All orders and money are due to
the office by September 9, 2011.

$5.00 per bucket sold will be applied to
your fundraising fee.

October 12, 2011 – Little Ceaser’s Pizza Kits

This sale runs through November 1, 2011.

All orders and money are due to
the office by November 2, 2011.

$5.00 per kit sold will be applied to your
fundraising fee.

February 1, 2012 – Fannie May Easter Chocolates

This sale runs through February 22, 2012.

All orders and money are due to
the office by February 23, 2012.

Families will earn 30% of individual sales
toward their fundraising fee.

February 1, 2012 – Mars and M&M Candy Sales

This sale runs through February 22, 2012.

All money is due to the office by February 23, 2012.

Money earned towards your fundraising fee will be
determined at time of sale from vendor.

Spring, 2012 – Trivia Game Night

This annual event is held to raise necessary
operating funds for the school.

You will receive 100% of Pre-Purchased table
tickets towards your fundraising fee.

May 24, 2012 – Walk-A-Thon

This event is held on the school grounds. Students ask for
pledges and all money is due the day of the walk-a-thon.

You will receive 100% of the money your
child collected towards your fundraising fee.

All Year Fund Raisers

Greeting Cards – We have Thank-You cards, Birthday cards,
Baby Cards, Get-Well Cards, Blank Cards and Christmas Cards available for sale. Each box is $5.00 and 100% of sale price will be applied to your fundraising fee.

It is your choice which fundraisers you participate in. You
may participate in all opportunities if you choose; however,
your required fundraising fee is $250.00.

School-Wide Fundraising Opportunities

Here is a list of additional fundraising opportunities that are
applied to our general operating fund to offset the cost of educating
a child at Mary Immaculate School. While these opportunities
do not count towards the required family fundraising fee, they are
vitally important to our school and the programs we offer and help
keep tuition manageable.
